Film Screening: 'The Mask You Live In'

Description

In the spirit of HeForShe Month, the Singapore Committee for UN Women invites you to watch the award–winning documentary, “The Mask You Live In”, and engage in thought–provoking discussion about the role of social identity constructs in gender equality.

Directed by Jennifer Siebel Newsom, “The Mask You Live In” boldly explores the definition of masculinity in America, one that forces men to resort to aggression and violence to fully establish their identities in society.
